This morning we would like to send out this dedication to all our Little Fighters and their Families

Sara Bareilles and Cyndi Lauper teamed up to create this epically powerful tune based on the songs “True Colors” and “Brave” for these brave children who have to spend every day in the hospital. The superstars mashed up two of their popular songs to form one huge heartwarming melody.
